Bandung Creative Society (BCS) implements policies and best practices that aim to maintain and preserve the privacy and security of your data through Personal Data Protection regulations for the processing of data related to the use of our services. BCS also continuously updates its services to protect the privacy and security of your data as our Consumer.

Purpose and Scope of the Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy regulates the policies and practices implemented by Bandung Creative Society (BCS) in obtaining, correcting, updating, displaying, announcing, transferring, disclosing, deleting, distributing, and destroying (from now on referred to as "Processing") your data in connection with the use of BCS services, which include:
- National Event Services
- International Event Services
- Other BCS Event Services.
Websites, features, applications, social media, or other forms of communication media provided or used by BCS.

Hereinafter, this Privacy Policy applies to all owners of Personal data (Data Subjects) related to the use of BCS services. (hereinafter referred to as "You")

Purpose of Personal Data Processing
In processing your data, BCS has the following purposes:
- To implement the Know Your Customer (KYC) principle and provide you with personalization of the use of the Services provided by BCS;
- To carry out the mandate of laws and regulations;
- To carry out problem-solving related to access to the Services (troubleshoot);
- For marketing needs of services and products offered by BCS, this includes sending promotions, new products, news, surveys, and updates related to services;
- To evaluate and update BCS Service features from time to time;
- For the needs of processing Personal Data to produce your profile data;
- For loyalty programs to you such as gifts, sweepstakes, and so on; and
- To offer advertisements/promotions or offers from other parties who cooperate with BCS.

Personal Data Obtained and Collected by BCS
BCS obtains and collects information that identifies and/or can be identified individually or in combination with other information either directly or indirectly through electronic and/or non-electronic systems related to such information which in this case is limited to the Services ("Personal Data").
Your Data collected by BCS can be provided by you directly or from third parties (such as when you register or use the Services when you contact the BCS Contact Person customer service). BCS will collect your Data in various forms for purposes including those permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
Your Data collected in the provision of this Service are:
- Personal Data required by BCS to provide the Services including:
- Full name;
- Residential address;
- Place and date of birth;
- Gender;
- Citizenship;
- Education;
- Occupation;
- Institution;
- Mobile Number;
- Email Address; and/or
- Personal Data combined to identify a person.

In addition, as long as other information, including personal profiles and/or IDs, are associated or combined with Personal Data, then such information is also Personal Data. You have the option to provide additional Personal Data to BCS for account personalization purposes beyond those mentioned above.
Browsing data on information collected when you use the Services provided by BCS. Information relating to your Personal Data includes but is not limited to:
- Search data browsing history (including recorded date and time);
- Your associations or preferences collected from the use of the Services;
- Photos, voice contacts, call lists, or other interactions in the Services that you allow to be accessed through your device. BCS never scans or takes photos in the album and/or camera on your device.
- Personal Data from the BCS Group and/or other third parties participating, partnering, or cooperating with BCS.

Displaying Announcement, Transfer, Dissemination, and Disclosure of Personal Data
BCS will not sell, exchange, display, announce, transfer, disseminate, and/or disclose Personal Data and any information related to Consumers, visitors, or other use of BCS Services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Personal Data details and must always maintain and be responsible for the security of the device you use to access BCS Services.
The Customer hereby acknowledges and, if required by applicable Personal Data Protection regulations, expressly agrees that Personal Data obtained and collected by BCS together with information related to relevant transactions may be disclosed to authorized government agencies or other authorized parties based on laws or cooperation agreements in the event of:
- For the benefit of applicable law and/or to respond to ongoing legal processes;
- To protect the safety of BCS, your safety, or the safety of others, or for legitimate interests in the context of:
- National security;
- Law enforcement processes;
- State administrators;
- The interests of supervising the financial services sector and payment systems;
- Aggregate data whose processing is intended for statistical and scientific research purposes in the context of state administration; and/or
- Emergencies that have been determined by the Government.

For internal audits and/or digital forensics for criminal acts or violations of regulations or policies within BCS and Affiliated Companies;
If necessary in connection with legal proceedings filed against BCS officers, employees, affiliates, or related vendors;
To establish, implement, protect, defend, and enforce the legal rights of BCS;
In the context of Personal Data Processing with BCS-affiliated companies, BCS will only provide it in good faith in summary form based on legitimate interests in the eyes of the law. If BCS carries out Personal Data Processing that opens your profile, BCS will make its best efforts to protect the privacy of your Personal Data, which is carried out after signing a confidentiality agreement or additional consent by providing notification to you before your Personal Data is disclosed to BCS affiliates and is subject to the Privacy Policy. You are disclosed to BCS affiliates and are subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations so that it can still ensure the confidentiality of your Data; or;
To disclose your Data to third parties to ensure that BCS can provide Services to you and assist the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and its supporting institutions in carrying out State functions.
This disclosure is carried out by considering security aspects to ensure that no data is misused in the disclosure process.

Storage of Personal Data
BCS is committed to storing your Personal Data with the best protection for as long as necessary to provide this Service. Some of your Personal Data may also be managed, processed, and stored by third parties who work with BCS both in Indonesia and outside the Republic of Indonesia to maintain the performance of the Service while still complying with the obligations for access and effective supervision by applicable laws.
BCS will store Personal Data as mentioned above as long as it is needed to achieve the purpose for which the Personal Data was collected while you are still using the Service or as long as such storage is required or permitted by BCS's data retention policy and the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Indonesia.
BCS may transfer Personal Data outside the territory of the Republic of Indonesia as long as it is necessary for the implementation of Services to customers (for example: Registration for Events Abroad, issuance of financing instruments for overseas events, etc.).

BCS will stop storing your Personal Data or eliminate how your Personal Data can be associated with you as soon as it is reasonable to assume that the purpose of collecting such Personal Data is no longer fulfilled by the storage of the related Personal Data and the storage is no longer necessary for legal and business purposes.

Access to Your Data
BCS is committed to fulfilling your right to access your Data collected and processed by BCS. In fulfilling a request for access to your data, BCS may reject your request if BCS finds that the request to your Personal Data meets one or more of the following conditions:
- Endangering the security, physical health, or mental health of the Personal Data Owner and/or others;
- Impacting the disclosure of Personal data belonging to others; and/or;
- Contrary to the interests of national defense and security.

Correction and Update of Your Data
If you find an error displayed regarding your Personal Data due to inaccuracy or if it is necessary to update your Personal Data, then you can ask BCS to correct, complete, and/or update your Data under BCS management by contacting the communication channels available under this Privacy Policy. If there is inaccuracy in the provision of personal data from the Data Subject, BCS has the right to stop services and/or transactions based on such knowledge and consideration.
We urge you to play an active role in ensuring the accuracy and updating of your Personal Data from time to time.

Deletion and Destruction of Personal Data
By applicable laws and regulations or BCS's data retention policy or upon your request/application, BCS may delete and/or destroy your Data from the system (right to erase) so that the data no longer identifies you except in the following cases:
- If it is necessary to store Personal Data to fulfill legal obligations, future evidence, tax, audit, and accounting purposes, BCS will convey the required Personal Data as long as you use BCS's services or according to the period required by applicable laws and regulations; and/or
- Personal Data is still within the retention period based on applicable laws and regulations.
Regarding the need to destroy your Data from the system (right to erase), a written request is required from you to BCS so that we can destroy the Personal Data in BCS's system.

Security of Personal Data
The confidentiality of your Personal Data is of utmost importance to BCS. BCS is committed to implementing its best efforts to protect and secure your Data from unauthorized person access, collection, processing, analysis, storage, disclosure, correction, and deletion.
In the event of unauthorized access and activities to the confidentiality of your Personal Information that is beyond BCS's control, BCS will immediately notify you at the first opportunity so that you can reduce the risks arising from this.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Personal Data details, including information regarding username, password, email, or OTP to anyone, and to always maintain and be responsible for the security of the device you use.

Acknowledgement and Consent
This Privacy Policy may be changed and/or updated from time to time. BCS recommends that you always read carefully and check this page from time to time to find out about any changes made by BCS.
You may withdraw your consent to any or all collection, use, or disclosure of your Personal Data at any time by providing written notice in writing to the contact listed below.
Withdrawal of consent depends on the circumstances and nature of the consent you withdraw; you must understand and acknowledge that BCS has the authority to fulfill or not fulfill the request to withdraw consent, and then you can no longer use the Service. Withdrawal of consent by you may result in the termination of your account or your contractual relationship with BCS where all rights and obligations of each other are still fully protected.

Please note that if you opt out of receiving one Service, BCS still has the right to send you messages related to BCS services and for other Services that you use.
